These Terms govern your use of trycapacity.cc and purchases from Capacity. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked at checkout.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase. You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, interfere with security, submit false information, or violate another person's rights.

2. PRODUCTS AND HEALTH INFORMATION

Capacity sells dietary supplements and related educational materials. Product information is for general informational purposes and is not medical advice. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary. 3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when Capacity confirms acceptance. We may reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount. You agree to provide accurate billing, payment, and delivery information. Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

4. SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND PROMOTIONS

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Promotions and conditional offers may have additional terms disclosed with the offer. The 90-Day Results Commitment applies only to an expressly identified qualifying three-bottle bundle and is subject to the material eligibility requirements in our Return and Refund Policy.

5. DIGITAL MATERIALS

Workout programs, meal plans, and other digital materials are licensed to the purchaser for personal, noncommercial use only. They may not be copied, resold, distributed, or published. Exercise and nutrition choices involve individual risks. Use appropriate judgment and professional guidance when needed.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The site, brand elements, photographs, graphics, text, downloads, and other content are owned by or licensed to Capacity and protected by applicable law. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the site and purchased materials for their intended personal purpose.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The store uses third-party services, including Shopify and payment, delivery, analytics, and advertising providers. Third-party links and services are governed by their own terms. Sales made through this store are directly between the customer and Capacity, not Shopify.

8. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and content are provided on an as-available basis. Capacity does not guarantee uninterrupted access or particular fitness, health, strength, hormonal, or appearance results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capacity is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Capacity against third-party claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

10. CHANGES AND SEVERABILITY

We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised version with a new effective date. The version accepted at purchase governs that transaction unless law requires otherwise. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by United States federal law and California law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections available under applicable law.
